Josephine Tønsberg Gadgaard provides advice to Danish as well as non-Danish enterprises on regulatory issues, compliance and general commercial and company law.
Josephine works in our Litigation & Regulatory practice group assisting our attorneys in various assignments, including regarding general contract law in advising on and drafting complex international and commercial contracts.
Furthermore, Josephine has experience within corporation tax law.
