  • Martin regularly assists Danish technical installation company Kemp & Lauritzen in ensuring compliance with Danish data protection legislation. His assistance includes advice and updating of documentation. 
  • Martin regularly advises Danish football club Brøndby IF in connection with collecting personal data, using automatic facial recognition as well as CCTV images. 
  • In addition, Martin has provided assistance to a number of business enterprises in drafting terms for SaaS services, and this also included the drafting of data processing agreements and transfer bases, enabling the provision of services to customers outside the EU in accordance with the GDPR.
