Hans Christian Brodtkorb er tilknyttet vår avdeling for entreprise. Gjennom sitt arbeide for internasjonale klienter har han tilegnet unik kunnskap om håndtering av rettslige og forretningsmessige prosesser på tvers av landegrensene. Som tidligere leder for juridisk avdeling i NCC Construction har han også inngående bransjekunnskap innenfor bygg- og anleggssektoren. Hans Christian bistår flere av de største entreprenørfirmaene som opererer i Norge med kontraktsforhandlinger, tvisteløsning og prosessoppdrag samt løpende rådgivning i byggeprosjekter. I tillegg er Hans Christian strategisk rådgiver for ledelsen i flere store selskaper i bygg- og anleggsbransjen. Hans erfaring spenner fra store internasjonale prosjekter innenfor infrastruktur, herunder offentlig-privat samarbeid (OPS), til mindre lokale bolig- og næringsprosjekter.
Hans Christian er spesialisert innenfor samspillskontrakter og har vært brukt som veileder og sensor både ved universitetet i Bergen og Handelshøyskolen BI. Han er også en etterspurt kurs- og foredragsholder innenfor entrepriserett.
Hans Christian har også erfaring innenfor fast eiendom, herunder spesielt husleie, i tillegg til eiendomsutvikling og plan- og bygningsrett. Han er også en erfaren prosedyreadvokat og håndterer løpende store rettsprosesser både innenfor fast eiendom, entreprise og andre rettsområder.
