Kaare Oftedal
Kaare Oftedal er en erfaren M&A-advokat tilknyttet vår avdeling for selskapsrett og transaksjoner.
Foruten generell kommersiell juridisk rådgivning innen selskapsrett, bistår han klienter i forbindelse med transaksjoner og M&A, både nasjonalt og internasjonalt, herunder investeringer, oppkjøp, reorganisering og egenkapitaltransaksjoner. Han bistår både norske og utenlandske klienter fra en rekke forskjellige bransjer.
Oftedal har inngående kunnskap om norsk selskapslovgivning. Han har lang erfaring med etablering av virksomheter, joint-ventures og aksjonæravtaler, fusjoner og fisjoner, restrukturering, compliance og kontraktsforhandlinger.
I tillegg har Oftedal erfaring innen aksjemarkedet, blant annet med etableringen av og investering i fond, ledelse og rådgivende strukturer, investeringer i porteføljeselskaper, kjøp og salg av porteføljeselskaper og annet arbeid innen M&A.
Oftedal leder firmaets sektorgruppe for fornybar energi.
