DLA Piper advises Apave Group on acquisition of Trainor Group
Apave Group, a France-based international group with more than 150 years of experience in the management of technical, environmental, human, and digital risks, has successfully acquired a majority stake in Trainor Group AS.
Trainor was a portfolio company of EV Private Equity's EV ETF I (Energy Transition Fund), and is widely recognized for its cutting-edge digital training techniques operating in both Norway and Sweden.
This acquisition is in line with Apave Group's ambitious 2025 strategic plan. This plan aims to propel the group's growth, both in France and internationally, with a particular emphasis on strategic business areas, including training. The addition of Trainor to Apave Group's portfolio will catalyze the transformation of their professional training offerings and solidify their presence in Northern Europe.
