Protection of personal privacy and telecommunications

We have extensive experience with handling protection of personal privacy issues and information security. We often assist with the preparation of internal control systems, appraisal of personal privacy protection issues, amongst others connected to basis for processing, transfer of information and right of inspection and general contract law advice to safeguard regulatory requirements in business agreements where personal data is processed (use of data processors).
