DLA Piper advises FLEX-Verwaltungs GmbH & Co KG with its acquisition of FLEX Scandinavia AB

DLA Piper advised FLEX-Verwaltungs GmbH & Co KG in connection with its acquisition of 100% of the shares in FLEX Scandinavia AB (FLEX) from the Ahlsell Group.

FLEX-Verwaltungs GmbH & Co KG, a subsidiary of the CHERVON Group, expands its presence in the Swedish and Scandinavian markets with this acquisition, solidifying its position as a leading supplier within the power tool and outdoor power equipment industries.

Integrating FLEX Scandinavia AB into the CHERVON Group's global network for the FLEX and EGO brands will enable the company to extend its reach, improve supply chain efficiency, and accelerate the introduction of new products to market.

Ahlsell (seller) is the leading Nordic distributor of installation products, tools, and supplies, serving installers, contractors, facility managers, industry, energy companies, and the public sector.

The cross-border DLA Piper team, comprising lawyers from Norway and Sweden, was led by partner Siren Ellensen, with support from partner Petter Kjöllerström and associate Anton Olenius.
