DLA Piper advises iteam on strategic acquisitions in Sweden

DLA Piper has advised iteam in connection with its acquisition of StorSafe Sweden AB and DataRewind Sweden AB.

The acquisitions mark another important step in iteam’s Nordic growth strategy, strengthening its presence in Sweden and expanding its capabilities in datacenter infrastructure, backup, virtualization and business-critical IT services.

The DLA Piper Norway team was led by partner Christian P. N. Fenner, with support from Trym Heiskel Bjørndal. The DLA Piper Sweden team was led by partner Petter Kjöllerström, with support from Anton Olenius.
