DLA Piper will advise unsecured SAS creditors in connection with the Chapter 11 process

The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors has engaged DLA Piper to advise unsecured creditors on the legal matters in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark in connection with SAS' Chapter 11 process. The case is pending before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

DLA Piper is one of the world's largest law firms and has offices in more than 40 countries, including the Nordic countries. DLA Piper has previously advised on a wide range of high-profile national and international reconstructions.

The interests of the unsecured creditors in the Chapter 11 process are represented through the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. This includes Airbus, Dr. Malte Daniels, Jackson Square Aviation Ireland Limited, Viasat Inc., and Flying Food Group LLC.
