Admir Habibija

Admir Habibija is a part of DLA Piper Norway's Banking and Finance team. Admir advises, amongst others, lenders, borrowers and investors on a widespread range of debt transactions, hereunder acquisition financing, project financing, and refinancing under Norwegian and international loan agreements, as well as bond issues. Admir also advices financial institutions with various financial regulatory matters, including compliance with relevant financial regulatory legislation.
