Farouk Rana

Farouk Rana primarily works with real estate transactions, development projects, and commercial lease agreements. He regularly assists both national and international real estate stakeholders in all phases of real estate acquisitions, sales, and leases, as well as providing advice on ownership, operation, and management of real estate. His expertise includes due diligence, ongoing (strategic) advice, contract drafting and negotiations, as well as handling of potential disputes and claims.

Farouk has extensive experience with commercial lease agreements in the office, logistics, data center, and retail sectors. In addition, he has broad experience with complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, sale-and-leaseback transactions, and the acquisition and sale of large real estate portfolios.
