Malin Renate Ranheim

Malin assists with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity transactions, real estate transactions and reorganizations. She has held several board positions and provides advice to boards/management on corporate law and commercial contracts.
Malin also has considerable experience with ongoing advice to Norwegian and international companies related to corporate law issues and general transaction-related work, including preparation of transaction structures, shareholder agreements, project management and negotiations. She regularly gives lectures and is a supervisor for master's students in Law at the University of Oslo.
