Marianne Arvei Moen

Marianne Arvei Moen is part of DLA Piper's Finance & Projects group.

Moen advises banks and other regulated entities on financial regulatory matters, including framework legislation, capital and liquidity requirements (CRD/CRR), reporting obligations, licensing requirements and supervisory practices, financial products and cross-border services. Moen works particularly with questions related to financial innovation and new digital platforms.

Moen holds a LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University. In addition, she has background from Finance Norway.
