Mohsin Ramani
Mohsin Ramani is heading DLA Piper's insurance sector in the Nordics.
Mohsin works with dispute resolution and litigation. He litigates before ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals. He is often involved in complex cross-border commercial disputes.
Mohsin has experience with dispute handling related to company law, compensation claims, competition cases and follow-on claims, shareholder disputes, maritime and transport law as well as insurance cases with a focus on financial lines, marine insurance including the Nordic Plan, product liability, re-insurance and professional liability including D&O.
