Mohsin Ramani
Mohsin Ramani is heading DLA Piper's insurance sector in the Nordics.
Mohsin works with dispute resolution and litigation. He has experience with i.a. disputes relating to company law, compensation claims, competition cases and follow-on claims, shareholder disputes, maritime and transport law as well as insurance cases with a focus on financial lines, marine insurance including the Nordic Plan, product liability, re-insurance and professional liability including D&O.

Mohsin currently serves as board member at i.a. the Norwegian Maritime Law Association and the aluminium giant Norsk Hydro's captive Industriforsikring which is the world's oldest existing captive.
