Oda Linneberg Uggen

Oda Linneberg Uggen is associated our litigation and regulatory group, and has extensive experience related to competition law, as she has previously worked for the Norwegian Competition Authority.

She provides regulatory and competition law-specific assistance in relation to acquisitions within various markets. Oda has been involved in comprehensive investigations at the Norwegian Competition Authority, including merger investigations. At DLA Piper she assists clients on the day-to-day legal matter handling and is primarily engaged in competition law and other regulatory matters, contract disputes and compliance issues.
