Snorre Waage Sand

Sand provides legal advice and helps resolve disputes in cases related to construction law, contract law, company law and liability issues. He assists property owners, contractors and consultants in all phases of a project. This includes the negotiation and framing of construction contract documents, day-to-day advice during the execution phase, help to resolve final settlement disputes and claims.

Sand has been involved in major, fact-heavy construction and liability cases. In addition, he has assisted in several cases where the court has been asked to value a shareholding. Through his practice as a lawyer and previous position as a deputy judge, Sand has acquired considerable experience of dispute resolution and complex disputes. He has experience of litigation before all types of court, including arbitration tribunals.
