Sofie Roscher Conley

Sofie Roscher Conley is part of our compliance and risk management group. 

She assists Norwegian and multinational companies in complying with regulations related to e.g., anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, economic sanctions, international trade, and human rights, through risk analyses, integrity investigations, due diligence, red flag management, etc.

She is also experienced in assisting clients within marketing law, e-commerce and consumer law, trademark, design and copyright law, as well as data protection and GDPR compliance. 

Sofie holds an LL.M. in "Law & Technology" from the University of Ottawa, where she specialized in topics and issues related to emerging technologies, persuasive technology, and children's rights in the digital sphere.
