Sofie Roscher Conley

Sofie Roscher Conley is part of DLA Piper’s Intellectual Property and Technology team. She is experienced in assisting clients within marketing law, e-commerce and consumer law, trademark, design and copyright law, as well as data protection and GDPR compliance. Sofie also holds an LL.M. in "Law & Technology" from the University of Ottawa, where she specialized in topics and issues related to emerging technologies, persuasive technology, and children's rights in the digital sphere.

In addition to IPT, Sofie is part of our compliance and risk management group. Within this field, she assists Norwegian and multinational companies in complying with regulations related to e.g., anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, economic sanctions, international trade, and human rights, through risk analyses, integrity investigations, due diligence, red flag management, etc.
