DLA Piper advised DigiFarm on its sale to Frontera X

DLA Piper advised DigiFarm in connection with the sale of the company to the Spanish technology company Frontera X (formerly the founders and owners of ProFarm Group).

Founded in Hamar by farmer and entrepreneur Nils Solum Helset, DigiFarm has developed advanced AI models for precision agriculture. In just a few years, the company has scaled to more than 60 enterprise customers across more than 18 countries.

The DLA Piper Norway team was led by Stig Nordal and Mariana Magalhães Chapei.
