DLA Piper announces Egil Hatling as new Managing Partner for Norway
DLA Piper has appointed Egil Hatling, previously Head of Finance, Projects & Restructuring in Norway, to the role of Country Managing Partner in Norway. Kaare Oftedal, formerly Norway Managing Partner, will return to his role as a Corporate partner, he will also lead the firms renewable energy sector group.
Egil Hatling joined DLA Piper in 2004 and is an experienced lawyer with a focus on restructuring and insolvency. He is one of the most preferred and appointed administrators by the courts for insolvency and bankruptcy cases in Oslo. Hatling provides general counsel to a number of companies and their executive boards and management, focusing on corporate, finance and restructuring advice.
