DLA Piper has advised on the sale of the majority share in AddSecure Investment I AB

Abry Partners II, LLC, a media, communications, business and information services focused private equity investment firm, has disposed of its majority interest in AddSecure to funds advised by Castik Capital S.à r.l.

Paul Hasting LLP London was the lead legal advisor, while DLA Piper in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland advised on local law. The corporate side was lead from Sweden.

The DLA Piper Norway team was headed by Sveinung Mjaugedal  and Ole Christian Muggerud.
