Katrine Lillerud
Katrine Lillerud works with EEA regulatory issues, state aid and competition law. She frequently assists on various EEA regulatory issues, state aid and competition law aspects, in particular in relation to transactions, assessment of cooperation between undertakings, and distribution agreements; both on a national and international basis.
She has assisted DLA Piper's offices in Brussel and London in international completion law matters and has experience from large telecom transactions in the Nordics and Asia.
Katrine has work experience from the EFTA Surveillance Authority and EFTA Secretariate and an in-depth understand of the EEA Agreement. Katrine defended her Ph.D. at the European University Institute in June 2020 on the implementation of the State aid reform 2014 in the EEA.
