DLA Piper advises SUSI Partners on the sale of Tonstad Vindpark
DLA Piper advised SUSI Partners in connection with the sale of Tonstad Vindpark in the municipalities of Sirdal and Flekkefjord, from a fund managed by SUSI Partners, to Hafslund Kraft.
Tonstad Wind Farm is one of Norway's largest onshore wind farms with an installed capacity of 208 MW and an annual production of around 670 GWh, equivalent to the electricity consumption of almost 100,000 people.
SUSI Partners,an independent Swiss-based specialist investment manager, focuses exclusively on private market energy transition investments. The buyer, Hafslund Kraft, is Norway's second-largest power producer, with interests in 80 hydropower plants and two wind power plants.
The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority and the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE)
