Anders Hilt

Anders Hilt mainly focuses on planning and building law and the renewable energy sector. Anders has special expertise in planning and building law, including planning process, expropriation and other areas of legislation within public law. In addition, Anders is a part of DLA Piper Norway’s Renewables Sector Team and advises clients with legal advice, especially in relation to renewable energy and infrastructure transactions.

His background as senior advisor from the County Governor's office in Oslo and Viken county, gives him thorough knowledge of the public administration in these areas of legislation. Anders assists public and private property developers with legal and strategic assessment in planning and building law cases.
