Lars Albert Jøstensen

Lars Albert Jøstensen mainly focuses on insurance, reinsurance, action for damages and dispute resolution.

Lars Albert acts for foreign and domestic insurers and reinsurers with respect to complex claims and disputes under insurance policies and reinsurance contracts. He has acted for foreign and domestic insurers in handling cyber incidents and claims under cyber insurance policies. He also has particular experience in relation to financial lines, professional liability, D&O, W&I insurance, product liability and business interruption insurance matters.

Lars Albert has extensive domestic and international dispute resolution experience with commercial contracts in a number of industry sectors, including construction and shipping. In addition, he assists international insurers, reinsurers and claims handling companies (including those operating on the London market) on a broad spectrum of issues, ranging from reinsurance commutations, the development of policy wordings to insurance intermediary issues.
