Ola Nordvang Rundfloen

Ola Nordvang Rundfloen has extensive experience with work related to real estate and contract law. He works primarily with real estate transactions and development projects, and provides assistance in all aspects regarding ownership and management of real estate in both greenfield and brownfield projects.

Rundfloen also assists in negotiations, drafting and signing of commercial lease agreements. Besides providing assistance to property owners, developers and investors, Rundfloen also has experience in assisting builders and contractors in construction projects.

In addition, Rundfloen is a part of DLA Piper Norway’s Renewables Sector Team and advises clients especially in relation to renewable energy projects, infrastructure transactions, landowner negotiations and real property rights.
