Anders Bergene offers legal services in connection with the establishment of real estate funds, syndicates and other indirect/direct real estate acquisitions and investments, sale/purchase of single properties and property portfolios, sale and leaseback structures, asset management and leaseholds, as well as structuring and completion of residential and commercial development projects.

He also has a broad background with respect to international real estate investors with a focus on the Norwegian market. Anders has assisted a number of the leading Norwegian real estate companies during the last 20 years, with a main focus on transactions and real estate development.
