DLA Piper advised Aberdeen on the sale of Skansen Næringspark

DLA Piper advised Aberdeen in connection with the sale of Skansen Næringspark in Lier, Norway.

The approximately 11,100 sq. m. property comprises three modern buildings accommodating grocery, production and warehouse use. Located at Tranby with immediate access to the E18 between Drammen and Oslo, the business park is fully let to KIWI, Nærbakst and Cenika.
