Simon Andreas Larsen

Simon Andreas Larsen is a senior associate in DLA Piper Norway’s Real Estate team. He focuses on real estate transactions and development projects, advising investors, real estate companies and funds on deal execution, including legal and commercial due diligence, transaction structuring, and the drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements and other transaction documentation.

He also advises clients on matters relating to the ownership, operation and asset management of real estate portfolios, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements, as well as corporate structuring matters relevant to real estate investments.
