DLA Piper advises Stiftelsen Anker on the acquisition of Grønlandsleiret 31
Stiftelsen Anker has entered into an agreement to acquire Grønlandsleiret 31 in the Grønland district of Oslo from the Høyskel family.
The property comprises a commercial building of approximately 7,000 square metres of office and retail space. The building was constructed in the 1960s and has been owned by the Høyskel family since its completion.
Grønlandsleiret 31 is adjacent to Stiftelsen Anker’s student housing development at Platous gate 14–16, which opened in 2025. Stiftelsen Anker initially intends to continue the property’s current operations, while also considering whether the property could eventually be converted into student housing.
DLA Piper Norway advised Stiftelsen Anker as legal counsel in connection with the acquisition. We also advised on the acquisition and development of Platous gate 14–16.
The DLA Piper team was led by Magnus Løvlien Lutnæs and Farouk Rana.
