DLA Piper advises CAI Software, LLC on acquisition of Maritech AS

DLA Piper advised CAI Software, LLC, a portfolio company of STG, on its acquisition of Maritech AS, a leading global seafood ERP software provider.

CAI Software is a leader in integrated software and technology solutions for mission-critical, production-oriented enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution systems (MES), eCommerce EDI (electronic data interchange), and warehouse management software (WMS) across North America and Europe.

Maritech provides ERP, TMS and WMS solutions catering to the seafood and logistics industries, operating across European and North American markets.
