DLA Piper advises Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA on NOK 800m private placement

We are delighted to have acted as legal advisor to Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA in the NOK 800 million private placement of new shares that successfully closed on 23 September, 2022.

The Private Placement attracted strong interest from high quality investors in the Nordics and internationally.

DLA Piper UK LLP acted as special US deal counsel, while Grette acted as legal counsel to the managers. Carnegie AS, Jefferies GmbH and Pareto Securities AS acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners.

The DLA Piper team representing Cloudberry was led by partner Magnus Brox, who also have assisted the company on previous private placements and the listing of the company on Oslo Stock Exchange (Oslo Børs) in 2021, together with John Stone, Fredrik Lykke and Dina Jørstad.
