DLA Piper Norway has advised NCAB Group, a leading global producer of printed circuit boards, on its acquisition of Elmatica AS. Elmatica is one of the oldest PCB trading companies in the world, and is headquartered in Oslo with subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong and China.
