Siren har lang erfaring med fusjoner og oppkjøp (M&A), egenkapitaltransaksjoner og omorganiseringer, og bistår norske og internasjonale selskaper (noterte og unoterte) med rådgivning, særlig rettet mot fornybar energi-segmentet og infrastruktur-transaksjoner.
Hun bistår videre generelt med energirettslig, selskapsrettslig og kontraktsrettslig rådgivning til klienter, og har mye erfaring som prosjektleder på komplekse transaksjoner, både i Norge og internasjonalt. Siren har også erfaring fra merverdiavgifts-rådgivning i Deloitte.
