DLA Piper has advised Equip Capital on the sale of No Dig Alliance
DLA Piper has advised Norwegian private equity firm Equip Capital on the sale of No Dig Alliance to Ambienta, a European asset manager focused on sustainability-driven investments.
No Dig Alliance was founded in 2021 by Equip, in partnership with the entrepreneurs behind Swedish companies Riggtech AB and Pollex AB. Since then, it has grown rapidly into the leading Nordic provider of trenchless pipe renewal, with operations in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The alliance now consists of 13 companies operating under 7 brand names.
Since its inception, revenue has quintupled and operating profit has increased tenfold. In 2025, NDA is expected to generate SEK 860 million in revenue and SEK 120 million in operating profit – with further acquisitions likely to accelerate growth.
The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
The team from DLA Piper was led from Oslo by partner Christian P. N. Fenner, and included Emilie Krohnstad, Bertine Brubakk, Albert Albertsen, Fredrik Klebo-Espe, Elise Foss, Paula Nina Leuta, Hallvard Bjørhovde Karlsen, Oscar Lorentz Melaa and Oda Linneberg Uggen.
