Sdiptech acquires Norwegian HeatWork

DLA Piper has advised Sdiptech AB (publ) on the acquisition of HeatWork Norway AS, a leading manufacturer of mobile hydronic heating solutions.

HeatWork is a globally active company, with head office and production facilities located in Narvik, Norway, and will be Sdiptech’s second business unit in Norway. HeatWork is also present in Sweden and Finland, and has an annual turnover of approximately NOK 120 million.

Sdiptech is a technology group that acquires and develops market-leading niche operations that contribute to creating more sustainable, efficient and safe societies. Sdiptech has approximately SEK 3,500 million in sales and is based in Stockholm.

The Nordic deal team was led from Oslo by partner, Christian P. N. Fenner, and lead lawyer, Trym Heiskel Bjørndal, in close cooperation with our M&A teams in Stockholm and Helsinki.
